Account Management: To change the registered address, phone number, or email on your Blizzard Account, go to www.worldofwarcraft.com/account and login with your account name and password. Once you are logged in, the Account Management page will allow you to make modifications to your account and billing information.

If You are Unable to Reach the World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Homepage, please make sure that your computer is connected to the internet, and if you are having problems connecting to the Internet, please contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance. If you are certain your internet connection is functioning, and you are sure you are going to the right location, please follow our connection troubleshooting steps.


What to do if your Authentication Key is missing: Double-check the key you are typing into the web form, and make sure it matches the one on the Authentication Key sticker. In addition, please be sure you are using the appropriate region specific version of the game.

If you are certain that you have typed in the key properly, but it still does not work, take your copy of World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King back to the store where it was purchased. If the Authentication Key is defective, the whole product is defective, and it should be exchanged at the place of purchase immediately.

If the store is unable or unwilling to replace a copy of the game with an Authentication Key, please hold onto your original receipt and please contact our Billing and Account Services team by calling 1-800-592-5499 or by emailing billing@blizzard.com


Account Security Issues: If you feel that your account security has been compromised, please email our Account Administration team at wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com and include as much information as possible to identify the account. Please do not include credit card information or a password via email.
